Republican petitions picked up so far, Republican State Executive Committeeman James Corcoran, Realtor Rob Howard, Failed Knoxville Mayoral candidate Eddie Mannis and Cedar Bluff Activist and Realtor Gina Oster.

Democrat Petition picked up by Virginia Couch, she is the only Democrat today.

Corcoran and Oster are solid Republicans. Howard would be considered new as he hasn’t run for elected office before.

Lets look at Mannis for a bit. Was it Biden or Bernie? Just 23 days ago in the March 3rd Presidential Preference Primary, actually an early vote on February 25, 2020, Mannis cast a Democrat ballot. Was is Biden or Bernie?

In the TN Governor’s election of 2018, Mannis endorsed Karl Dean over the Republican nominee Bill Lee on his Facebook page, as I reported here on October 31, 2019. Mannis contributed $1,500 to Dean
