A couple weeks ago, WATE reported here Billiards and Brews has been a repeat offender receiving multiple citations for remaining open past 10 pm restriction of the Knox County Board of Health.
A more recent WATE report states here that they have been cited 10 times. Now, WVLT reports here that a man was shot and killed last night December 26, 2020 outside this establishment.
