During our week of inclement weather, Knoxville lost one of it’s own….. Linda! She froze to death. According to Marti with Care Cuts Ministry. Linda was a South Knox native. She was a wife and a mother. Mental Illness got her into the lifestyle of homeless.
Knoxville and Knox County has(d) at least three warming centers. A death by freezing seems horrible, it seems unavoidable. Can we do better to avoid another death by freezing?
