This morning at the Carter Elementary School opening, Knox County Mayor Tim Burchett’s Communications Guy Michael Grider was caught with his foot off the sidewalk.
The rumor that this was an attempt to convince the Mayor that he deserves hazzard duty pay could not be confirmed nor denied.
