Chattanooga Commission Leadership Change is More Dramatic than Knox County

Fred Skillern was unanimous selection for the Hamilton County Commission Chairman position. However the position of chairman pro temp ended in a three way tie. Commissioner Bankston had the support of himself, Marty Haynes and Larry Henry. Commissioner Boyd had the support of himself, Greg Beck and Warren Mackey.
