There is a Technical Difficulty Glitch

The previous post has no paragraph breaks although I have attempted several times to paragraph break the post and there is a technical difficulty with blogger that will not register the paragraph breaks. I will get it fixed. The information is timely and important so it is posted although very difficult to read. My apologies.
