Ms. Bike is saying that she did not create a resolution for the purpose of opposing Ms. Kristi’s resolution. At the time that they were sent in, there was no way to know that there were two. However, once they were submitted and the agenda setting meeting took place, many of us knew that there were two resolutions on the agenda.
