Three Knox Co. Commission Candidates (all Democrats) have failed to file their financial disclosures that were due on February 1, 2016. The reports cover any and all contributions and expenditures through January 15, 2016. All three candidates have political signs out on the street. The candidates are First District Evelyn Gill, Fourth District Marleen Davis and Sixth District Donna Lucas and some people say men are procrastinators.
