Is KnoxNews Acting as an Intermediary to Skirt the Sunshine Law?

In today’s daily paper, Reporter Tyler Whetstone reports after surveying the Knox County Commissioners the votes are not there to dismantle the Knox County Board of Health.

Back in 2007, then Editor of the daily paper with some citizens filed a lawsuit and then Knox County Chancellor Darryl Fansler placed Knox County Commission under a court order that still exist today, prohibiting them from violating the Sunshine Law and in the order expressly forbids the use of intermediaries.

Would it not seem to a reasonable woman or man  that if a reporter with any entity including a blog were to poll the Commissioners, receive an opinion from a majority of the members and then publishes those opinions, that would be the use of an intermediary.

Is there anyone that would file the necessary court papers to inquire? It will not be #TheMegaBullhornofTruth

The KNS is a poor excuse for a news paper, has been for the better part of three decades. Tyler Wet behind the ears is just doing what he is told. Journalism has replaced ambulance chasing attorneys as the most hated profession. What is the guys name at UT that teaches journalism? He is a far left looney nut job. Kinda looks like Bozo the Clown.
