It began at 1 pm and didn’t end until 7:20 pm with a few breaks in between. Billiards and Brew day of reckoning on its 18 violations in three months.

The proof that the City put on today, including cruiser cams of the patrons leaving on Christmas Eve. Cruiser cams and audio of someone that got their tooth knocked out in a fight.

There could not be a lot of discussion about the homicide investigation from the parking lot shared by the strip mall on about December 27 or so.

The hearing officer has until 7:20 pm tomorrow or 24 hours after the hearing to rule. The City is asking for a 75 day suspension of beer license. It was revealed that they are facing a liquor license revocation.

The owner invoked the fifth amendment 49 times by my count. I will keep you posted, there was some mention of City Council Member Janet Testerman being called, the city said they were not calling her. She wasn’t there.

Alyson Dyer the Attorney for the City of Knoxville said in reference to all the people leaving as evidenced by the cruiser cams. They were not all leaving with goodie bags, I assume she means take out bags and she is right. they weren’t

    it’s a shame with all the murders and drug overdoses that this is what our city chooses to waste its money on. I cannot wait to move the hell away from knoxville
