Today, his life on Earth ended and his Eternal Reward has been achieved.
Mike Carter and I first met in 2010, during the Zach Wamp for Governor campaign. Carter and I didn’t agree on every issue. Neither one one of us got personally upset to cost a professional, respectful relationship. A rarity in politics.
