Knoxville Municipal Judge –

Andrew Beamer received $2,570, spent $121.05 with $2,448.95 on hand and a $1,000 loan outstanding.

Tyler Caviness received $21,331.00, spent $5,633.51 with $15,697.49 on hand. WATE Political Pundit Craig Griffith has contributed $1,000, WATE Political Pundit Cortney Piper contributed $700, Knox News Columnist Victor Ashe wife Joan has contributed $700, WATE Legal Pundit Greg Issacs contributed $500, Knox School Board Member Katherine Bike has contributed $50. Expenditures include $2,000 to TN Democrat State Executive Committeeman Jack Vaughan, I am told that Vaughan is a Crony of Knox Dem Chair Matt Shears.

Judge John Rosson had $10,650.94 on hand, received $18,968.40, spent $12,706.85 with $16,912.49 on hand and a $7,500 loan outstanding. Former Mayor Randy Tyree, at Large Seat 10 Knox County Commissioner, Richard Bean, Former Councilman Larry Cox, WATE Legal Pundit Greg Issacs and Knoxville Entrepreneur Kelly Conley all contributed.

Mary Ward received $4,093.15, spent $1,910.61 with $2,182.54 on hand and $3,293.15 loan outstanding.

Knoxville Mayor

Constance Every had $5.29 on hand, received $250, spent $81.47 with $163.24 on hand. Her campaign is exempt from detailed reporting due to less than $1,000 received and spent in the reporting period.

Jeff Talman received $9,500, spent $3,732.11 with $5,767.89 no loans outstanding with $10,120.26 obligations outstanding. Former Councilman George Wallace, Former Knox County Commissioner Scott Davis have contributed.

Indya Kincannon had $137,637.56 received $48,538.00, spent $33,342.78 with $152,832.78 on hand, no loans and no obligations outstanding. WATE Political Pundit Cortney Piper, East Tennessee Realtors contributed with many others.

Councilwoman Lynne Fugate had $28,604.68, received $24,459, spent $5,037.49, with $48,026.19 on hand. Former County Commission Chairman Hugh Nystrom, Entrepreneur David Colquitt, Entrepreneur Kelly Conley, Businessman William Weigel, former Knox County Mayor Mike Ragsdale, Prominent Knoxville Attorney Mark Mamantov, former City Councilwoman Marilyn Roody all contributed.

Cameron Brooks former political party chair as of July 12, 2023 at NOON had not filed.

Darin Worsham filed that he is not requesting, accepting or spending contributions.

Debbie Helsley had $22,027.85, received $7,375.00, spent $7,637.11 with $21,729.74 on hand. Former Knoxville City Councilman Finbarr Saunders, Former Knox County Commissioner Mark Harmon, TN Democrat State Executive Committeeman Jack Vaughan and Knoxville Mayor Indya Kincannon all contributed. Expenditure includes campaign management by TN Democrat State Executive Committeeman Jack Vaughan.

R. Bentley Marlow received $14,390, spent $6,465.52, with $7,924.48 on hand and a $6,500 loan. Former County Commissioner Scott Davis, Former Councilman George Wallace, Businessman Jim Jennings, Councilwoman Janet Testerman, 2024 County Commission candidate Garrett Holt, former Councilman Mark Campen, Councilwoman Seema Singh all contributed.

Councilwoman Amelia Parker had not filed as of NOON July 12.
