Judge Rosson’s Opponent Calls Mailer False, But Fails to Provide Proof.

Many individuals have told me and sent screenshots of a mass text from the opponent of Knoxville Municipal Judge John Rosson, Jr. alleging three claims in an Early Voting Mailer are false and misleading information. One source responded to the text asking “Whats false about it?” Another source responded, “What part was false?” Rosson’s opponent or the campaign replied in part, “He’s (the Judge) incorrect about my professional experience, my experience as an attorney in City Court, and misrepresents the results of the bar association survey.” My source replied, “What is your experience in city court?” With no response at this posting.

Just to make it clear, I am not a City Voter so I didn’t receive the text.

As to the claim of his having never voted in a City of Knoxville Municipal Election, On May 18, 2023 after a request by me for Voting History, received the voting history of Judge Rosson’s opponent and Judge Rosson’s voting history. The record I received, which was obviously before the City of Knoxville’s Primary Election of August 29, 2023 is below.

I personally redacted personal identifying information from Judge Rosson’s opponents record
