The Chattanooga Times Free Press has Governor Haslam on the record here that state benefits for same sex couples/partners are not likely to occur. Although, Collegedale, TN commissioners have approved benefits for same sex partners and Chattnooga and Knoxville city adminstrations are considering it. Good for Tennessee and Governor Haslam. Hold the line.
