The Knox County Republican Party will have a 2022 Lincoln Day Dinner. It is planned for Thursday October 13 at Rothchild Catering and Conference Center.
This years featured Speaker (at the assistance of United States Congressman Tim Burchett) will be United States Congresswoman Lauren Boebert of Colorado’s Third Congressional District.

She’s the best you could do, really?
I was not in the loop, Congressman Burchett secured her as a Speaker, I am unaware if he was asked to seek her out, or if he had a list and where she was on a list, if there was one. I was unaware of her when I was told she was the Speaker
Interesting. Appalling, really. I always thought Burchett was, as a long-time Knox resident once opined, “dumber than dirt.” This development adds considerable validation to that assessment. How did we end up with so many stupid and/or corrupt elected officials in Knox County and Tennessee? So many republicans hereabout, perhaps.
It won’t be boring.
