Similarities in Tindell’s Story?

Mike “da career killa” Donila over at the Big Metal Shed on the Hill has a front page story about the sentencing of former Knox County delinquent tax Attorney Chadwick B. Tindell.

According to Donila’s research of the court documents it is alleged a Trustee employee (that was investigated for their involvement) was supplied with Tindell’s password for his CTAS account. A claim that Tindell denies. A flashback to 2005, Chadwick alleged that his computer had been hacked by a political consultant that Tindell utilized during his 2003-2005 term, while serving as Knox County Republican Party Chairman. The consultant alleged that Tindell had supplied him his password, so it was not a hacking. A claim that Tindell denied at the time.

Interesting similarities? Don’t know, Just asking the question.

This one still makes no sense, if all he did was sign the salary suit as the attorney for the trustee, there are a number of judicial and administrative remedies well short of pleading guilty to a class E felony to address those circumstances. There has to be more to the story, as well as the indictment and the almost instant guilty pleas. Those guys were all playing old school hyginx in the trustee’s office and they’ve gotten their hands hung in the in the trap (this time) and who knows how many other circumstances were presented in which they did not get slapped.

Duncan the third should go ahead and resign in an effort to adjust to life outside of the public eye. He is damaged goods, a political liabiity to his dad and to his aunt.

And the 2005 event invoved a Republican data base that was “owned” by the party NOT by Chadwick. Everyone knew that Chadwick had given his “Go Vols” password to the consulant during the campaign. You cannot claim “breaking and entering” when you have given away your key! Maybe Chadwick will finally see the light….he always thought the Duncan family would take care of him.
