Knox County Property Assessor in the NEWS and It Isn’t Complimentary

The Knox County Property Assessor is in today’s Knoxville News Sentinel here (if you have a subscription that allows you to jump the paywall) It seems that the Knox County Assessor had set the the assessment value for Knoxville’s First Tennessee Plaza and Riverview Towers properties in Downtown Knoxville. Apparently, under Ballard’s regime the property owner appealed it and then appealed again and Ballard’s regime was wrong and the administrative judge ordered it valued correctly. I believe this is the tip of the iceberg that is the Ballard regime. I suspect there’s more to come.

Tip of the iceberg? Hell fire people an iceberg is what sank the Titanic… Lets face it folks you have pissed away a million dollars in salary for this ass clown. But its your money. When you play office in kindergarten, you play it by ear, but as an adult you just throw it up in the air and let the state figure it out. I sure hope someone with some damn sense is paying attention to the shenanigans this buffoon has pulled since he began sucking on the county tit.
This office leadership is like a piss ant pulling a freight train. I have come to the conclusion it is very hard to understand Ballard, but it is hard to understand for a specific reason… he always has both butt cheeks wrapped around his ears and mumbles out of both sides of this mouth. If her were to fart just once, he would be sure to loose his hearing, change the colors of his eyes and smell shit for a week.

That entire administration hides behind tighter security measures than Fort Knox… Do you ever wonder why? A crook is afraid of his own shadow, and if you walked in that office and yelled boo, a mob of folks would flock to the toilet, scared shitless. Lets face the truth people, a person with common sense is what this office needs. But thats been lacking in this office for 30 years or more. Look around you, these same issues are being discovered in smaller counties and one by one the ignorance and deceit is finally being brought to light. If Ballard can’t use his head, then in this case he might as well have two asses.

By the way, being absent from downtown, has anyone heard the clock chime lately? Just wondered is old Craig was present to “wind’er up”?

Have a great Monday folks, Elmer
